HydroMIS provides water refilling management features for customers and staff. By using this system, you agree to provide accurate account information and use the platform lawfully.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for your mobile number and QR code usage.
• You must keep your account details up to date.
• Unauthorized use of another account is prohibited.

3. Orders and Payments

Order totals, discounts, and loyalty points are computed by the system based on configured rules. Final approval and fulfillment remain subject to business verification.

4. Service Availability

We may update, suspend, or improve features without prior notice to maintain service quality and security.
